vertex: (0,5)

the coordinate is a maximum

equation of axis of symmetry:


\begin{gathered} x=-(b)/(2a) \\ \text{where b = 0 and a = -1},\text{ so} \\ x=-(0)/(2(-1))=0 \end{gathered}

therefore,

axis of symmetry is at: x = 0
