To graph the equation y = 3/4x+3 we use the intercepts as follows:

x-intercept:

We found it replacing y = 0:

Therefore, a point of the graph of the line is (-4,0).

The other point is found using the y-intercept: (When x=0):

The other point is (0,3).

Now, just plot both points and join them:
