The given points are C(26,-2) and D(29,4).

We use the distance formula to find CD.-

d_(CD)=\sqrt[]{(y_2-y_1)^2+(x_2-x_1)^2}

Where,

\begin{gathered} x_1=26 \\ y_1=-2 \\ x_2=29 \\ y_2=4 \end{gathered}

Replacing all these coordinates, we have

\begin{gathered} d_(CD)=\sqrt[]{(4-(-2)^2+(29-26)^2} \\ d_(CD)=\sqrt[]{(4+2)^2+(3)^2}=\sqrt[]{(6)^2+9}=\sqrt[]{36+9} \\ d_(CD)=\sqrt[]{45}\approx6.7 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the distance of CD is 6.7, approximately.
