Given:

Height of cone = 3 cm

Radius of cone = diameter ÷ 2 = 16 cm ÷ 2 = 8 cm

To be able to get the volume of the cone, we will be using the following formula:


\text{ Volume = }\frac{\text{ }\pi r^2h}{3}

We get,


\text{ Volume = }\frac{\text{ }\pi r^2h}{3}
\text{ = }((3)(8)^2(3))/(3)
\text{ = }(3)(64)^{}
\text{ Volume = }192cm^3

Therefore, the volume of the cone is 192 cm
