During his vacation, Dalyn rents a small boat from a rental service that charges a flat fee of $30 plus $10 per hour (including taxes). The total charge comes to $90. Which equation can be used to calculate the number of hours,x , that Dalyn rents the boat? How many hours does Dalyn rent the boat for?1- 30 (x + 10) = 90; 5 hours 2- 30x + 10 = 90; 5 hours 3- 10 (x + 30) = 90; 6 hours4- 10x + 30 = 90; 6 hours

x: number of hours

The rental service charges a flat fee of $30 plus $10 per hour. Then, after x hours, the charge is: 30 + 10x

The total charge comes to $90, then

30 + 10x = 90

30 is adding on the left, then it will subtract on the right

10x = 90 - 30

10x = 60

10 is multiplying on the left, then it will divide on the right

x = 60/10

x = 6 hours
