From the diagram above, the coordinate of A (7,0) , Q (0,0) , D (7,0) , U (0,2).

After dilation Coordinates of the new image will be

\begin{gathered} Q^{^(\prime)}=(0,0)A^{^(\prime)}=(49,14)D^{^(\prime)}=(49,0)U^{^(\prime)\text{ }}\text{ = (0,14)} \\ \\ \text{Therefore, the coordinate of U}^{^(\prime)}\text{ = (0,14)} \end{gathered}

Rectangle QUAD has coordinates Q(0,0) A (7,2) and D(7,0) . Q'U'A'D is the image of-example-1
