y1 = 2

x2 = 0

y2 = 3

m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

Plug in the numbers and evaluate m, then either of the 2 equations below represents the line in point slope form:

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - y2 = m(x - x2)

Plug in the numbers. The slope intercept form is

y = mx + b

b = 3 (given)

m = result from earlier step
