The given function is-

h(x)=-3x+8

To know which function lies on the graph of h(x), we just have to evaluate each of them

For A(-2,3).

\begin{gathered} 3=-3(-2)+8 \\ 3=6+8 \\ 3=14 \end{gathered}

So, A doesn't lie on the graph.

For B(-1,11).

\begin{gathered} 11=-3(-1)+8 \\ 11=3+8 \\ 11=11 \end{gathered}

Since this result is true, then we can deduct that point B lies on the graph of h(x).

Therefore, the right answer is B.
