We have the following:

• when two lines are parallel the slopes are equal

,

• when two lines are perpendicular the slopes are inverse

The equations are:

\begin{gathered} y+(1)/(5)x=4\rightarrow y=-(1)/(5)x+4\rightarrow m=-(1)/(5) \\ 20y+4x=80\rightarrow(20)/(20)y+(4)/(20)x=(80)/(20)\rightarrow y=-(1)/(5)x+4\rightarrow m=-(1)/(5) \end{gathered}

The slopes are the same, they are exactly the same line
