To find the equation of a line you use the next general form to an equation in point slope:

y-y_1=m(x_{}-x_1)

You know the slope and the value of y1 and x1 in a point:

m=5/4

(2,-3) x1= 2 y1= -3

Then you have the point slope equation:

\begin{gathered} y-(-3)=(5)/(4)(x-2) \\ \\ y+3=(5)/(4)(x-2) \end{gathered}
