Case: Probability

Given:

20% of cars travelling in a certain diamond lane have fewer than three passengers.

Fifty cars are selected at random.

If 20% have less than 3 passengers. p= 0.20

Then 80% have greater than or equal to 3 passengers, q= 0.80

Total sample,

n= 50

sample, x= 15.
