The graph represents a fraction, where the denominator can not be equal to zero.

When this denominator is equal to zero, the function has an asymptote

Looking at the graph we have an asymptote at x=1.

So the denomitaor must be 1-x, because 1-1 =0.

Also, on the graph we can see a y-intercept at point (0,3)

To find the y intercept, we set x=0.

Rigth now, we have two option with the denominator 1-x.

Let's find the y-intercept for the option c, set x=0

y=(3+6(0))/(1-0)=(3)/(1)

Then. the y-intercept is y=3, hence, the point is (0,3).

Let's check the option d:

y=(2+x)/(1-x)=(2+0)/(1-0)=2

The y-intercept is 2, which represents the point (0,2)

Finally,we can deduce that the correct answer is the option C.
