Standard form for the equation of circle: (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

Where:

(h,k) = center

r = radius

Replacing with the given values:

(x-[-16])^2 + (y-[-14])^2 = (√5)^2

(x+16)^2 + (y+14)^2 = 5
