Looking at the expression, both logarithms are in the same base (base 10)

Also, we have a subtraction of logarithms, so we can use the quotient rule:


\log a-\log b=\log ((a)/(b))

Also, the logarithms are multiplied by a constant, so we can use the power rule:


a\cdot\log b=\log b^a

So the correct options are C and D.

(Since there is no "equal" symbol in the expression, we can't solve it or use the equality rule)
