The rate of change can be calculated below


\begin{gathered} \text{rate = }\frac{\text{ number of potatoes}}{\text{plots}} \\ \text{rate}=(60)/(2)=30\text{ potatoes per plot} \\ \text{rate}=(120)/(4)=30\text{ potatoes per plot} \\ \text{rate}=(240)/(8)=\text{ }30\text{ potatoes per plot} \end{gathered}

The answer is C. 30 potatoes per garden plot.
