((x+3)^2)/(16)+((y-2)^2)/(9)=1

Where the equation of the hyperbola is:

((x-h)^2)/(a^2)-((y-k)^2)/(b^2)=1

Equation from the asymptotes:

y\text{ = }k\pm(b)/(a)*(x\text{ - h)}

Where:

k = 2

a = 4

b = 3

h = -3

The answer is :

y\text{ = }\pm(3)/(4)*(x+3)+2
