Given data:

The given height of the elephant is h=10 ft.

The given shadow of the elephant is s=2 ft.

The shadow of the elephant from the height is,

\begin{gathered} (s)/(h)=(2)/(10) \\ =(1)/(5) \end{gathered}

Mulitiply 3 on both sides on right hand side.

\begin{gathered} (S)/(H)=(3)/(3(5)) \\ =\frac{3}{15\text{ }} \end{gathered}

Thus, 15 feet elephant cast 3 feet shadow.
