How do i graph this???

In order to graph the required line, consider that x-intercept is the point where x has a specific value when y=0. Y-intercept is the point where y has a specific value when x = 0.

If x-intercept = 1 and y-intercept = - 3

Then, the associated points to such intercepts are (1,0) and (0,-3).

The line you draw in the coordinate plane must cross the previous points, as follow:
