We are asked to make a stem and leaf plot of the given data. The data is a sample because it does not include the entire number of spectators which would be the population. The stem of the plot is the first digit from left to right of the data point and the leaf is the second digit of all the data points with the same stem. for example, when the stem is 1, we have the leaves:


1\colon4,6,4,0,0,4,

Which corresponds to the data point:


14,16,14,10,10,14

Therefore, the complete plot is:

We notice that the shape of the graph is symmetric since the number of leaves is the same for each stem.
