In order to find the concenctration of this base we will use the titration formula, which is:

Ma * Va = Mb * Vb

Where:

Ma = concentration of acid

Va = volume of acid

Mb = concentration of base

Vb = volume of base

0.32 * 30.0 = Mb * 28.1

9.6 = 28.1Mb

Mb = 0.34

Therefore the concentration of Sodium hydroxide is 0.34M
