ok

y = -3/4x - 2

Point = (-12, 7)

1.- Get the slope of the new line

slope = -3/4 new slope = m = 4/3

2.- Get the equation of the line

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 7 = 4/3(x + 12)

y - 7 = 4/3x + 4(12)/3

y = 4/3x + 16 + 7

y = 4/3x + 23
