we have the expression

\mleft(x^2\mright)^4\cdot(x^3)^2

Applying property of exponents

\begin{gathered} (x^2)^4\cdot(x^3)^2=x^((2\cdot4))\cdot x^((3\cdot2)) \\ x^((2\cdot4))\cdot x^((3\cdot2))=x^8\cdot x^6 \\ x^8\cdot x^6=x^((8+6)) \\ x^((8+6))=x^((14)) \end{gathered}
