The equation of the line to be graphed is

x-2y=6

To find 3 points of the line, we need to set 3 different values of x, as shown below.

\begin{gathered} x=0 \\ \Rightarrow(0)-2y=6 \\ \Rightarrow-2y=6 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(6)/(2)=-3 \\ \Rightarrow(0,-3) \\ x=1 \\ \Rightarrow1-2y=6 \\ \Rightarrow-2y=5 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(5)/(2) \\ \Rightarrow(1,-(5)/(2)) \\ x=-1 \\ \Rightarrow-1-2y=6 \\ \Rightarrow-2y=7 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(7)/(2) \\ \Rightarrow(-1,-(7)/(2)) \end{gathered}

We need to draw those three points on the plane and, then, a line that crosses them, like in the following image
