Here, we want to get an algebraic model

We start by representing the dimensions of the rectangle by variables; we can have the length as l and the width as b.

The area is the product of this two, which is (l * w = 1600) ; also, twice the sum of these dimensions will give the perimeter of the shape; which is 2(l+w) = 160 ft; by solving both equations simultaneously, we get the values of these variables
