A(2,6)

1) Considering this rigid transformation, and applying that translation rule we have:

Pre-image Rule Image

A (x + 3, y - 4) A'(5,2)

2) So subtracting 3 units from the x-coordinate and adding 4 to the y-coordinates the image will be:

Pre-image Rule Image

A(2,6) (x + 3, y - 4) A'(5,2)

3) Hence, the coordinates of A is (2, 6)
