To solve this problem we need to isolate the variable "x" on the left side. The first step is to change the "-2x" to the left side by changing its signal and changing the "+13" to the right side by changing its signal aswel.


\begin{gathered} -7x+2x>9-13 \\ -5x>-4 \end{gathered}

The variable on the left side is negative, we need to make it posite. To do that we will have to multiply both sides by "-1", whenever that happens we need to invert the inequality signal.


\begin{gathered} 5x\text{ < 4} \\ x<(4)/(5) \end{gathered}
