answer: \large\boxed{=(2)/(3) x+4}

Explanation:

(-3, 2) and (0, 4) and (3, 6)

Since the function is linear, if it passes through two coordinates, it has to pass through the third

Lets find the slope using:

(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Lets use (-3, 2) and (0, 4)

4-2/0-(-3) = 2/3

Therefore m = 2/3

Point slope form:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

using (0, 4)

y - 4 = 2/3 ( x - 0)

The equation is

\large\boxed{=(2)/(3) x+4}
