Because the 3 graphs mentioned in the problem were not provided, the rule to locate horizontal asymptotes given a rational function is included below

For a rational function

h(x)=(f(x))/(g(x))

where f(x) and g(x) are polynomial functions themselves, the existence of horizontal function is determined by the conditions below

\begin{gathered} f(x)=ax^m+\cdots\to degree\text{ m} \\ g(x)=bx^n+\cdots\to\text{ degre}e\text{ n} \\ mn\Rightarrow\text{ no horizontal asymptote} \end{gathered}

Then, h(x) will have horizontal asymptotes when the degree of g(x) is greater or equal than the degree of f(x)
