Jennifer made a baby blanket that is 2 feet by 3 feet. she has a queen-size blanket that is 6 feet by 9 feet.

Explanation:

Area of rectangle = Length x Breadth

Baby Blanket = 3 x 2 = 6ft^2

Queen-Size Blanket = 6 x 9 = 54ft^2

54/6=9
