SOLUTION

The equation of the line given is

y=3x-2

The x-intercept is the value of x when y=0

Hence we have

\begin{gathered} y=3x-2 \\ 0=3x-2 \\ 2=3x \\ x=(2)/(3) \end{gathered}

Hence the x-intercept is

((2)/(3),0)

The Y-intercept is the value of y when x=0

undefined
