An expression with the given specifications could be:

2x^2-8=0

in the previous expression, you have a quadratic equation (because of x^2), a GCF equal to 2 and the solutions to the equation are different of zero. In fact, you have:

2(x^2-4)=2(x+2)(x-2)

the solutions are different of zero.

Then, the answer could be 2x^2 - 8 = 0
