The figure must be translated using this translation:

(x, y) ---> (x-2, y+7)


\begin{gathered} (-3,-3)\rightarrow(-3-2,-3+7)=(-5,4) \\ (-1,-2)\rightarrow(-1-2,-2+7)=(-3,5) \\ (-1,-5)\rightarrow(-1-2,-5+7)=(-3,2) \end{gathered}

The image of the figure is:

I'=(-5,4)

J'=(-3,5)

K'=(-3,2)
