Given the graph of 3 systems

For system A:

We have two parallel lines

Which mean the lines have the same slope but a different y-intercept

so, the system is inconsistent

This means the system has no solution

For system B:

The lines have a different slope and a different y-intercept

So, the system is consistent independent

This means the system has a unique solution

The solution is the point ( -1, 2 )

For system C:

The lines have the same slope and the same y-intercept ( same line )

So, the system consistent dependent

This means the system has infinitely many solutions
