So, the red line is the graph of Jacqueline

Shayne hlkes toward the tralhead,

So, the blue line is the graph of Shayne

At time t = 0 seconds Shayne is at 10 miles away and Jacquilene is at trall head

In the graph the blue line and red line meet at (2,4)

Thus, jacqueline and shayne meet at 4 miles away from trallhead in 2 seconds

The hikers are at 4 miles away from trallhead
