\begin{gathered} y=(2)/(7)x \\ \text{slope}=(2)/(7) \\ y-\text{intercept}=0 \\ \end{gathered}

The variables are proportional. The constant of proportionality is 2/7.

Note slope intercept equation is

y = mx + b

where

m = slope

b = y-intercept
