Given data:

Perimeter of the saquare is 36 units.

The side of square is x+3

the formula to find the perimeter of the square is 4a.

to find the value of x ,

\begin{gathered} 4(x+3)=36 \\ 4x+12=36 \\ 4x=36-12 \\ 4x=24 \\ x=(24)/(4) \\ x=6 \end{gathered}
