The current is defined as:


I=(Q)/(t)

Plugging the values given and solving for t we have that:


\begin{gathered} 5*10^(-3)=(2)/(t) \\ t=(2)/(5*10^(-3)) \\ t=400 \end{gathered}

Therefore it will take 400 seconds.
