To answer the following questions we have:

I - seta and capsule are the structures labelled A in the diagram;

II - sporophyte is the structure labelled B in the diagram;

III - The mosses and liverworts have in common the fact that both are small, primitive, and non- vascular plants, that don't have conductive tissues and absorb the water directly by osmosis made by its cells;

IV - protonema is a thread-like structure that is made of a chain of cells that forms the early stages of a gametophyte (n) in the reprodutive cycle of the mosses.
