We will have the following:

First, we will have then that the coordinate of C will be located at 6.

Then, we will have that:


\begin{gathered} AC=nAB \\ \\ \Rightarrow5=n(2)\Rightarrow n=(5)/(2) \\ \Rightarrow n=2.5 \\ \end{gathered}

So, AC will be 2.5 times greater than AB.
