We have

w^2\mleft(x+8\mright)+z\mleft(x+8\mright)=(?)\mleft(x+8\mright)

as we can see the common factor is (x+8), therefore the missing factor is

\mleft(w^2+z\mright)

so the expression will be

w^2\mleft(x+8\mright)+z\mleft(x+8\mright)=(w^2+z)\mleft(x+8\mright)
