Remember that

The fundamental counting principle states that if there are p ways to do one thing, and q ways to do another thing, then there are p×q ways to do both things

so

in this problem

p=25 questions

q=4 (possible answers)

therefore

p*q=25*4=100

therefore

the answer is 100
