In order to calculate the limit of f(x) when t tends to zero, let's calculate the limit from the right of 0 and from the left of 0.

If these limits are the same, so we can calculate the limit for 0.

For the limit from the right, let's use x = 0.001:

f(x)=0.001^3-8=10^(-9)-8=7.999999999

For the limit from the left, let's use x = -0.001:

f(x)=(-0.001)^3-8=-10^(-9)-8=-8.000000001

We can see that the limits from the left and from the right will be the same, that is, -8.

Therefore the limit of f(x) when x tends to zero is -8.
