red marbles = 9

yellow marbles = 5

blue marbles = 4

total marbles = 9 + 5 + 4 = 18

The probability of pulling out a blue marble, followed by a red marble without replacing the blue marble first can be calculated below

(4)/(18)*(9)/(17)=(36)/(306)=(12)/(102)=(6)/(51)
