We need to know the value of the sides, we have two right triangles we will use the Pythagoras theorem.

The first triangle

c=\sqrt[]{3^2+5^2}=\sqrt[]{34}

the second triangle

c=\sqrt[]{5^2+9^2}=\sqrt[]{106}

The perimeter is

2\sqrt[]{34}+2\sqrt[]{106}=32.25
