Given the expression:

\text{ (x + 25)}^2

Let's expand the expression into a perfect square trinomial.

ax^2\text{ + bx + c}

We get,

\text{ (x + 25)}^2
(x)(x)\text{ + (25)(x) + (x)(25) + (25)(25)}

\text{ x}^2\text{ + 25x + 25x + 625}
\text{ x}^2\text{ + 50x + 625}

Since the c-value in the perfect square trinomial is the constant in the equation, therefore, the c-value is 625.
