We need to look at gaph and mark two points. We have: (-3,1) and (2,3). We need to find how many units the value changed vertically and then divide it by the number of units it changed horizontally.

\text{slope}=(3-1)/(2-(-3))=(2)/(2+3)=(2)/(5)

The slope is 2/5.
