(2n+2)(6n+1)

To multiply polynomials you need to multiply each term in the first polynomial for each term in the second polynomial:


\begin{gathered} =(2n\cdot6n)+(2n\cdot1)+(2\cdot6n)+(2\cdot1) \\ =12n^2+2n+12n+2 \end{gathered}

To simplify you add just similar terms:


=12n^2+14n+2You have a trinomial grade 2 (12n²+14n+2)
