The Forested area will change via ; Secondary succession

The forested area will evolve by secondary succession because only a portion of the forest ( habitat ) was disrupted by the man made activity ( timber harvesting ).

Secondary succession is a type of ecological succession whereby a habitat is completely reoccupied after a natural or man made activity must have affected a part of the habitat.

we can conclude that the forested area will change via secondary succession.
