For this problem we know that a scale drawing has a scale of 0.25 in=6 ft and we want to estimate the lenght of the draw with an actual lenght of 66ft. In order to solve the problem we can set up the following proportional rule:

(0.25in)/(6ft)=(x)/(66ft)

With x the desired value. If we solve for x we got:

x=66ft\cdot(0.25in)/(6ft)=2.75in

And then the lenght of the draw it would be 2.75 in for an actual lenght of 66 ft.
