We are required to find the LCM of

\begin{gathered} 5w^2-80\text{ and }w\text{ + 4} \\ \\ \end{gathered}

Factorize the first polynomial

\begin{gathered} 5w^2-80=5(w^2-16) \\ =5(w+4)(w-4) \end{gathered}

We can see that the second polynomial (w+4) is a factor of the first polynomial 5(w+4)(w-4)

Hence,

\begin{gathered} \text{The LCm of the }polynomilas\text{ is } \\ 5(w+4)(w-4) \end{gathered}
